Time is a Field

Time is a desert.

Think about it this way.

Instead of the seconds progressing like

the looping hands of a moving clock,

it should not be hindered by such monotony.

As the desert is infinite, the grains

remain themselves, added from

nowhere, like

what an ant in the bottom of an hourglass

unable to comprehend what was above it

would see, as the grains

could simply appear before them.

Time is a field.

Think about it this way.

Instead of the minutes progressing in a line,

like the passing of a bar in a video,

it should not be hindered by such dimensions.

As the field is infinite, the seeds

then stalks, then maybe wheat or corn

begin to grow

in the dirt that makes

the ceiling of the earth.

Time is a computer.

Think about it this way.

Instead of the hours progressing in an hourglass,

like the losing of sand into the bottom half,

it should not be hindered by being so ominous.

As the computer never stops,

the fans continue to run,

the numbers continue to tick

and the world continues to work.

Time is a field.
